Summary: We were visiting family near Bradenton Beach, so this was a great place to come back and rest. Clean, open, so my older parents could move around. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Easy access to everything we wanted to visit.

Summary: We visited for several days and really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice. We met several people in the community and they were all quite friendly. This is a very safe and beautiful place. We visited Snead Island which is only 10 minutes away. It is so cool with live oaks covered in Spanish moss, hiking and biking trails, fishing spots, and beautiful water views. The beaches out on Anna Maria Island are about 45 minutes drive and are absolutely beautiful, white sugar sand and a shell collectors dream. Try to go during weekdays if possible as public parking is tight on weekends. It is a real nice place, the owner is very responsive, you won’t go wrong if you stay here.

Summary: We had a great stay, there is plenty to do, the people at Tropic Isle's mobile home park are very friendly! Our host Gregg was great and very helpful. The house was nice and clean and had everything you needed, I would definitely stay their again. I highly recommend this rental home in a great location, at a fair affordable price!

Summary: Location was convenient for our needs and close to highways, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice, people were friendly and Tropic Isles had great amenities. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns at check-in.
